  1. PowerDown 1.1 will shut down your Mac 
  2. after the specified time.  It does this by 
  3. sending a 'ShutDown' AppleEvent to the
  4. Finder, which is exactly the same as when
  5. you choose 'Shut Down' from the Special
  6. menu. You can interrupt the shutdown by
  7. moving the mouse during the warning alert.

  9. Any applications that have unsaved 
  10. documents will alert you as usual.
